Current Visitation Plan & Safety Plan
We know how important it is for friends and family to see loved ones. We also know how important it is to maintain the highest level of safety for our residents and staff.
Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID-19, we are taking all precautions to ensure that everyone at the Vilas Home remains happy and healthy. For this reason, we may temporarily shut down visitation if it is deemed necessary. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call our community. We encourage you to bring items your loved one needs, but please do not bring medications, ointments, or various other over-the-counter remedies to your loved ones. Everything administered here must be signed off by a doctor. We welcome any other gifts.
There are no specific hours at this time. However, we do suggest to visit during waking hours.
Yes, absolutely! We love when families take part during on-site activities and events. We simply ask that offsite events are scheduled with us in advance for the safety of our residents.
