Our assisted living community offers 24-hour personal care assistance and supervision including regular safety and toileting checks, medication management, nutritious daily meals and snacks, case management, a robust activities and outings program, along with housekeeping, laundry and transportation services.
Enhanced Assisted Living & Memory Care
As an assisted living facility with an enhanced license and secure memory care unit, we have the ability to care for residents who have a wide range of physical and cognitive needs.
Whether a resident needs directional cues for eating or navigating their environment, or they require full assistance with dressing and bathing, our care team can help meet them where they are and give them the support they need to maintain as much independence as possible.
Under our enhanced assisted living license, our skilled staff are able to provide a variety of skilled nursing tasks including but not limited to:
- Transfer and ambulation assistance for residents who are chronically a 1-assist or chairfast
- Incontinence Management
- Assistance with medical equipment management
- Total feeding assistance
- Diabetic care and management
- Skilled observation and nursing assessments
