Personalized Care Close to Home

 

The Champlain Valley Senior Community provides comprehensive caregiving services and amenities – all for one reasonable rate. Our monthly fee covers all personal care and basic living expenses including three delicious meals daily with snacks, housekeeping and laundry, local transportation, medication management, 24-hour supervision with assistance and activities.

A $3,000 registration deposit secures priority selection of suites and ensures that your name is on our waiting list. The deposit is fully refundable should you choose not to move in or opt to remove your name from the waiting list.
