Nursing Services

As an enhanced assisted living and memory care facility, we are able to provide a variety of skilled nursing services to our residents as their care needs increase. This allows residents to age in place for a longer period of time and receive a higher level of care right in their room with familiar caregivers including RNs, LPNs, and home health aides.

In addition to providing 24-hour personal care assistance and supervision to our residents, our skilled nursing care services can include:

Skilled nursing care available under our enhanced license allows us to offer a long-term care option to many residents when health starts to decline. If a resident does not have too many medical complications as needs increase, they may even be able to remain at CVSC through end of life and receive hospice and palliative care services as well.

Case Management

Our care management team does everything they can to keep our residents as independent as possible for as long as possible while maximizing quality life. However, if a resident’s care needs begin to exceed what we feel comfortable with, we will meet with you to let you know that it is time to seek out a skilled nursing facility.
