Doug Schreiber

Doug Schreiber's journey has taken him full circle, from graduating in the same building where CVSC now stands to happily returning there every day to work with staff and residents. After leaving high school, Doug's path led him to Ithaca for further education, followed by a period of living in various places across the United States, eventually settling in Oregon. His love for travel has seen him visit almost all the states in the U.S., with only one remaining on his list, and he also cherishes international travel experiences.

Currently, Doug is furthering his education by working on his MBA, a step that reflects his commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.

His role at CVSC is not just a job; it's an opportunity for him to engage with residents, listen to their life stories, and know that he is part of an amazing team dedicated to providing the support and care they need. This interaction with residents is particularly rewarding for Doug, as it offers a unique perspective and a deeper understanding of the diverse experiences that shape people's lives.

His return to the building where his educational journey began symbolizes a meaningful connection to his roots and a commitment to giving back to the community that has been a part of his life since his youth.
