Eli & Emily Schwartzberg

Owners, Eli and Emily Schwartzberg, had the vision of what CVSC would mean to the Adirondacks. They saw the beautiful architecture of the Willsboro School, and knew what they could mold it to be. 

Eli is originally from Saranac Lake and Emily is originally from Gloversville. After attending college away from the Adirondacks, they came home to settle down and build their lasting impact on the region. 

Now 10 years after opening, their lives have only expanded. They have 2 children, Elliot and Lola. The family of four loves to travel, experience the outdoors, and every winter you know you can find them skiing any chance they get. 

Eli is involved heavily in the day-to-day operations to make sure that every resident, family member, and employee has nothing but excellent things to say about CVSC. Emily is devoted to helping present CVSC to the community through her marketing background. They hope to continue on this CVSC journey and lead the best team possible.
